Privacy
Effective 15.10.2026. This is the privacy page of the studio website. It is short because the site collects almost nothing.

What this site does not do
- It sets no cookies, and it stores nothing in your browser.
- It has no tracking, no analytics and no advertising.
- It loads nothing from other companies: the font, the images and the code all come from our own server.
- It has no accounts. Its only form is the contact form, which stores just what you type into it.
Hosting and server logs
The site runs on our own server, hosted by netcup GmbH in Germany. netcup processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).
When you visit the site, the web server writes a standard access log entry: your IP address, the time, the requested address, the status code and your browser’s identifier (user agent). We use it to run the site securely and to stop abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The entries are deleted automatically after 10 days. They are not combined with other data and not used to identify you.
Writing to us
The site shows an e-mail address (info@danielnagy.dev). If you write to it, we use your address and your message only to answer you, and we delete them when the matter is closed, unless the law requires us to keep them.
You can also use the contact form, which all our games link to: Contact form
The contact form
If you write to us through the contact form, we store your message, the time it was sent, the language and page it was sent from, which game it is about if you choose one and, if you give them, your name and a reply email address. Messages are stored on our server, only we can read them, and they are deleted after 180 days. We use them only to answer you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(b) if you are asking about something you use).
Your IP address is not stored with the message. To stop abuse, the server counts the messages per address in memory only: a few per ten minutes and per day. The counters are gone after that window. The form also has a hidden field that people never fill and a minimum time to fill it in.
Before each update of our server, a copy of its database, which holds the contact form messages, is saved for recovery after a fault; only the latest copies are kept. A message deleted in the meantime can remain in such a copy until newer ones replace it. The copies are used for nothing but restoring the server.
The games
Each game has its own site and its own privacy policy, because each game handles different data. They are separate from this page:
Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to info@danielnagy.dev. That includes any message you sent us through the contact form. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
